This is a song with a specific purpose: To help my anxiety clients (and myself) to hold the line in the face of scary stuff. We are all faced with some pretty scary stuff right now… Falling apart and being hijacked by our fear is NOT a solution. We HAVE to dig down deep and USE this moment to make ourselves and our world better. This is a healing crisis and it is unwanted but possibly necessary for us to get to the break THROUGH point. I wish I could say healing is “easy” it is often NOT easy. And that’s why it is so hard and so valuable for our growth in the long run. And yeah most people don’t want to hear that. But look back at your own life. Look at the hardest times and the best things that emerged from that. My hope is that my music can help you. It’s pretty much all I’ve got to offer.
