I’ve tried 24 hour Intermittent Fasting (where I fasted from dinner to dinner) and that has helped a lot. But it wasn’t until last week when I did a full 3 day fast that I finally understood that fasting jump starts fat loss AND feels really, really, really good. Day 2 was a bit challenging but by day 3 I felt highly, highly energized and just flooded with well being… I needed less sleep and I felt a very pleasant and natural “high” feeling. I could see the change by using these “keto” sticks and by weighing myself every day. PROGRESS you can see every day is HIGHLY motivational. And then when you add in the experience of MENTAL CLARITY. Boom! Amazing.
So It seems like something that I need to share with you.
This is a must see video if you have any interest at all in being healthy, losing weight or reducing medications because it bust a lot of myths about fasting. Ultimately Fasting is the key to unlock your body’s ability to actually BURN your stored fat.
