What does “Widdy-Wob-Ti-ssippi” mean?
A: Why Does It Work Out Better Than You Can Possibly Imagine?
There is also the variation, “WDIWOBTICPI,” which is pronounced the very same way, “Widdy-Wob-ti-ssippi”,
Which is in the first person: “Why does it work out better than I can possibly imagine?”
So why is this phrase a big deal? And it IS a big deal for a very specific reason.
You unconscious mind, creates your current physiological state by responding to the thoughts you hold in your mind.
Your unconscious mind, can not, not think about what you don’t want to think about.
Make sense?
If you are feeling anxious it’s because of the thoughts and pictures, self talk and focus you are maintaining with your mind.
If you are feeling fabulous it’s because of the thoughts, pictures, self talk and focus you are are maintaining with your mind.
So if you drop in a presupposition in your language that is negative, your UCM will tend to create what it focuses on.
I once heard a very talented and successful guy whisper to himself under his breath, “Why is it always so damn hard?”
He found his current career too hard and shortly after that quit. His Unconscious Mind built evidence for him to create a certain reality, namely that things were always difficult.
I could have countered his thought with, “what about tying your shoes?” is that hard? What about breathing? Easy? What about blinking your eyes? hard or easy? Grounding ourselves back into what is actually good and healthy and easy in our lives helps us to switch our mental gears and get back moving “towards what we want” instead of “away from what we don’t want.”
So we want our presuppositions to get stuck in a very positive way in your neurology. When you ask your unconscious mind to comprehend that concept it automatically begins to build evidence to make it true.
So literally asking your unconscious mind, “Why does it work out better than I can possibly imagine?” programs your mind for a great future. Don’t you want a great life, where the reality you are creating with your thoughts creates something continuously fabulous and expansive? This is one way to begin to “program” yourself to create that.
Your assignment today if you choose to accept it is to write out by hand,
“Why does it work out better than I can possibly imagine”
Write it out at least 100 times.
no cutting and pasting allowed.
Write it, sing it, chant it, speak it. Think it. Whenever anything happens that seems “bad” or “not good”. Pour that new idea, “why does this work out better than I can possibly imagine?” into the face of the old negativity habit.
And remember we focus on what is empowering and positive not because it’s “nice” or “positive” but because it creates a much better bio chemical reaction in your body. Instead of triggering fight or flight hormones like Cortisol or Adrenaline, you can trigger endorphins. Which would you rather have your cells swimming in?
I’ll do my best to give my cells an endorphin bath any day!
